You can call CCARE on weekdays between 08:30 and 18:00 for all your IT questions, wishes and problems. The support desk is staffed with friendly and experienced engineers. Most of your questions we solve from the support desk by speaking with you on the phone and often by taking over your PC or laptop. If your question can not be resolved remotely we then will make an appointment to come visit you.
